Meet Our Team

Suzanne K. Coco, DDS, MDS

Dr. Suzanne Coco earned her degree as a dental laboratory technician in 1988, and became nationally board certified in ceramics in 1994. She served as a dental laboratory technician for eight years in the United States Air Force, where she was chosen ‘Dental Airman of the Year’ by her peers for this entire branch of military service.

Dr. Coco, while stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska, co-owned and operated a full-service dental laboratory, with her focus on dental ceramics (crowns and bridges) and dental implants. Her close relationships with her referring dentists and specialists, as well as her interest in the clinical side of dentistry, led her to return to Arkansas where she completed a Bachelor of Science Degree at Williams Baptist College in 2001.

She then attended the University of Tennessee, Memphis, Health Science Center and graduated in 2005. In 2008, she received both a Prosthodontic degree and a Master of Dental Science degree from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, Health Science Center. Upon graduating, Dr. Coco joined Dr. Hart in a partnership in Little Rock, Arkansas, as well as served as a faculty member of Prosthodontics at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.

Dr. Coco and Dr. Hart continue their relationship with the University of Tennessee Prosthodontic residency program training and mentoring residents in full-mouth reconstructions using crowns and bridges, as well as dental implant supported prosthetics.

In her downtime, Dr. Coco likes to enjoy quality time with her husband, son, granddaughter, and all of her animals in her own little slice of heaven in the country.  Along with her husband, Chris, Dr. Coco lives at home with her four dogs, five chickens, and a ferret.  Some hobbies of hers include painting, making soaps and candles, and taking long walks on her land, enjoying the sounds of nature.  A good book is also never far from Dr. Coco's reach.

Dr. Hart performs our pre-prosthetic surgical procedures in house utilizing CT Scans, Computer aided design, and 3d printing technology.  CAD/CAM is the future of dentistry, and it is happening now.  Dr. Hart connects with leaders in dentistry worldwide to keep Hart and Coco and our patients enjoying the best that the world has to offer, right here at home.

Perhaps his most important job is that of Dad.  Dr. Hart has a twin girl and boy, Scarlett and West and they are the light of his life.  As a family, they enjoy hiking, riding bikes, watching movies, and impromptu dance parties both in the car and at home.   There's never a dull moment with these guys here in the the office, either.  If you're here and you see Scarlett and West, be sure to say 'Hi,' you're in for a lot of fun!

Ronda Stocking, RN, Front Desk

Ronda graduated from Southern Arkansas University at Magnolia in 1984 with an Associate of Science Degree in Nursing. “I always wanted to be a nurse since I was a little girl, when I helped take care of my grandmother. I started working as an aide at a nursing home before I even graduated high school.” Ronda worked many of her early years in the hospital and home health field. She has been Director of Nursing at a 144 bed nursing home, spent 15 years at the Area Agency on Aging where she was the staff RN and Assistant Director of Home Care Services for a ten county region. The past eleven years Ronda worked at DHS as an assessment RN for the Elder Choice/ArChoice Program. Ronda and her husband Michael moved to Little Rock last summer when Michael became the Office Manager for us here at Hart and Coco. She spent the summer helping out with her twin grandchildren and then decided to hang up her nurse hat and become our front desk receptionist. Ronda enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and their four children and seven grandchildren, when they can get them all together. She loves to read, take beach vacations, go for long walks and play with her dogs Abby and Ollie. Ronda is also the very proud mom of our own Dr. Hart! We are proud of Ronda’s lifelong commitment to serving her community. She is the first voice our patients hear and we couldn’t be more thankful she is on our team!

Zack Coco, BSN, RN, Aesthetic Nurse/Treatment Coordinator

Zack comes to us with not only a background in dentistry, with his mother, grandfather, and great-grandfather all being dentists themselves, but with a medical knowledge as well, as he is a RN with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Zack started at Hart & Coco in February of 2015 as our new office manager.  He has since stepped down from this position so that he can focus more on his patients, clinically.  He is certified in multiple aesthetic procedures, including Botox and Xeomin injections, dermal filler injections, and neck fat reduction with Kybella.  Along with helping patients with their aesthetic needs, Zack also serves as our patient coordinator, making sure all of our patients are well taken care of.

Zack originally graduated from Arkansas State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  He then moved to Little Rock to pursue an education in nursing.  While in nursing school, Zack served on the boards of multiple organizations, and served as President of the Arkansas Nursing Students' Association.  He is currently enrolled in a Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program and plans to graduate in May of 2019.  Zack is currently a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing as well as the American Nurses Association.  He has a beautiful daughter, Olivia, who he loves spending all of his free time with, as well as a dog, Hank, who is his entertainment at home.  His wide range of leadership abilities paired with his love of helping others makes him perfect for the Hart & Coco team!

Toshua Thomas, Registered Dental Hygienist

Toshua began her career in dentistry as a chair side assistant from 2003-2011. In 2012, she received a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene with Highest Honors from UAMS. She worked as a Hygienist at a family dental office, and then at UAMS, before joining the Hart & Coco team in the summer of 2014.  As a student, Toshua was acknowledged for her dedication and commitment to excellence in dental hygiene by being presented the Colgate Star Award and the Patterson Clinical Performance Award. She is a member of the Arkansas Dental Hygiene Association and the American Dental Hygiene Association and also serves as Hart & Coco’s HIPAA and OSHA Privacy Officer.

Toshua’s qualifications include intra- and extra-oral cancer screenings, nutritional counseling, Tobacco Cessation and treatment planning, and she is certified to administer local and electronic anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide and Oral Conscious Sedation Monitoring. Our doctors and our patients love Toshua's extreme attention to detail, and what we feel is the softest 'touch' in both her thorough cleanings, and numbing injections.  Toshua has jokingly named Tartar her mortal enemy--and we all agree that that is probably true! She certainly leaves no stone un-turned or tooth un-cleaned in her clincial practice--something that is so so important to have in your dental hygienist--we know that you will agree.

At home, Toshua is super-mom to two beautiful kids, Tayton and Aubrianna; and superwife to her childhood sweetheart turned husband, Jacob.  In her free time, Toshua excels as a freelance photographer.  Come meet Toshua--you will quickly see that her infectious smile and can-do attitude are just a couple of small reasons why she is one of the favorite people of all of our patients and teammates here at Hart and Coco.

Talor Shumaker, Registered Dental Assistant

Talor graduated from the Little Rock Dental Assisting School in 2016, and joined the Hart & Coco team soon after.  Taylor is not only a very skilled and knowledgeable dental assistant, she is also one of the best listeners you will ever meet.  We and her patients all adore her, and all enjoy her tireless hard work, her can-do attitude, and her consistent positive demeanor and outlook.  Taylor works not only chairside with Dr. Coco, but also expertly manages the flow and transitioning of our implant surgery cases.

Her hometime partner-in-crime is Rayfe--a rescue pup that is probably the most spoiled little canine there ever could be. She enjoys traveling with her family on trips to Disney and the beach.

Morgan Gallaway, Registered Dental Assistant

Morgan attended Harding University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2014.  Following graduation, she pursued education from Dental Assisting School with expanded functions in coronal polishing, radiography, nitrous oxide and CPR certification.  After completion of her assisting program, Morgan transitioned from general dental assisting to specialty assisting, and has been with the Hart & Coco team since June of 2016.  If 'Detail' could be a middle name, it would be Morgan's!  Morgan has an exceptional ability to methodically track and complete complex cases.  Her mantra is, 'Lets get to work,' and we all (along with our patients) sure are glad that it is. Along with this work ethic, Morgan has a wonderfully caring attitude, is an exceptional part of the Hart and Coco team, and we and her patients sing her praises day after day.

Morgan is married to her wonderful husband Michael--they enjoy traveling, cooking, and pretty much anything that gets them outdoors.

Brittany Johnson, Registered Dental Assistant

After graduating from Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy in Conway, AR in November of 2017, Brittany dived head first into assisting when she joined the Hart & Coco team in early 2018. Coming to us all the way from Center Ridge, AR, Brittany’s main responsibilities include sterilization, setting up and breaking down the patient suites, and being a “runner”, helping during appointments and procedures in any way she can. Brittany said, “I’ve had so much fun getting to know the team and all of the patients that have come in! I’ve learned so much already and add to that knowledge every day. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for me at Hart & Coco!” Brittany loves the outdoors, so when she isn’t working you might find her camping, fishing, or hunting.  She is also an avid shopper, so don’t be surprised if you catch her at the mall too! Brittany has already proven to be a great asset for this team and we are so happy to have her.
